Youth Hall has an excellent environment cultivated by history in Ibaraki and culture.
The Youth Hall was constructed to be the castle for the hopeful youth where they: pursue ideal human being capable of meeting various demands in rapidly changing society, make progress in creative human life, develop disciplinary and corporation spirits through group activities, aim at making shiny hometown widening circle with deep friendships, and proceed strongly to their future
The hall is playing an important role as the central place and where the youth can exchange and relax.
With the start of Kairakuen Youth Hostel in October 1996, we will make further efforts to meet various needs of the citizens.
